A simple Against the Storm mod that allows the player to always have a Shark Cat and its effect.

- By default, only new settlements are affected and the cat is spawned only once without the effect.
- You can have the effect apply as well.
- You can apply this to already started games too.
- You can ignore duplicates to grow a family of cats!
