Echoes of the Seer – Show Them the Way

Description
Echoes of the Seer is an Aska mod that allows players to harness the power of ancient runestones obtained by killing bosses.
By praying at these runestones, players can charge their spiritual energy and unlock powerful abilities that reshape the environment and aid them in their adventures.
Charging Your Powers
- Power can be charged without an assigned shaman by sitting or praying at the runestone. (If you sit, it will change your active rune power.)
- When a runestone has power and an active shaman, you will gain power anywhere on the map based on the shaman’s powers. At level 100 you won’t be disappointed.
- Even if your shaman is sleeping or eating, you will still gain power if the runestone has charge.
Shamans
- When a villager is assigned to a runestone, the gods will bless them with food, water, or warmth (not rest).
Switching Between Powers
- Each runestone grants special powers to the player (Earth, Air, Fire, Water).
- The number of animated glyphs indicates your power level, as well as the indicator in the bottom left.
- Press 0 on the numpad to cycle through your runes.
- You can also sit at the runestone to change your active rune power.
Spells
- Each rune power has limited spells. Use the appropriate numkey to cast the spell.
- Some spells require your assigned shaman to be a certain level.
- Most spells require enough power charged to cast them.
- Some spells are free, like Smoothing (#4) and Paint Nature (#6).
Terraforming
- Select the Earth rune power and use the spell keys.
- Visual glyphs outline the size of the affected area. The outer glyph shows blending.
- Main spells: Raise, Level, Dig, Smooth, Paint.
- #1 is a user‑defined key. You can change those settings in the settings menu.
Note: user‑defined settings reset to the active spell when you change spells, so glyphs match the spell you are using. - The cost of user‑defined terraforming is based on the size you choose. Some sizes are too expensive outside of God Mode.
God Mode (Default: OFF)
- Activating God Mode allows you to use all powers and spells without consuming power.
- No shamans are required.
- Recommended for testing or creative building.
