Fluffeons hot springs map

Adds a custom hot springs hub to the game [WIP].

Currently the map is available for testing purposes, things will be broken. -> Currently the hosts camera will be very glitchy inside of the main building. Clients unaffected.

Thank you to AbyssalRam and Lola for helping me plan out and create both assets and building the map itself!
