Fixed issue with Enok loincloth reappearing when changing textures even if bottomless is checked

- You may change several features about him just like the others
- Custom made two different dick meshes and textures for him
- Dicks can get erect if you press a key to do so, the key is rebindable in the settings menu
- Currently only has a pink dick as an alternate texture

Changed texture loading to only be when necessary rather than every time a setting is changed. Should be more performant

Moved many parts into a general class, and put character specific things into character controller classes
Completely refactored how textures are loaded
Breasts now jiggle less as they become smaller, to no jiggle. Though they still move some with animations
Manual install should actually work now, it properly looks for /config in the plugin folder if it can't find it in BepInEx/config
