This mod adds:
23 new jokers
18 new challenges
7 new blinds
7 new seals
4 new vouchers
4 new tags
2 new decks
2 new stakes
adds 1
adds a unused.lua file to reimplement very early scrapped mechanics
track replacement
new bullshit mechanics that'll drive anyone nuts.
adds a new "Mini Joker" type
