• Speedup or Skip most dialog

TODO / Known Issues

• Skip pyramid cutscene
• Skip church door opening cutscene
• Allow skipping dialog with A button (as if you pressed L + R + B)
• When dialog skips are on, I'd rather not have it show the sprite and play the noise when it skips
