This is the Veteran NCR Ranger armor from Fallout: New Vegas. This model is actually from fanart done by Yulius Krisna https://sketchfab.com/3d-models/veteran-ncr-ranger-199654268d2a4a66944bb08502e3533e . Since the model wasn't made to be put in different poses some parts are iffy, but otherwise it's pretty good.
