Gun Jamming Version 1.1.8!
Credit to Jass#8717 for reminding me to redo this mod and providing some ideas!
To use, install the DLL file into your mods folder, and your gun will have a random chance of jamming when firing!
When it jams, you need to pull the charging handle again to unjam it (no more empty mags!)
Modprefs included, bonemenu support pending (when I can figure it out lol)

Version 1.1.8: Fixed a bug where pulling the charging handle without holding the trigger grip would not unjam the gun
