Latest versions of MelonLoader are known to have issues with some games. Use version 0.5.4 until the issue has been fixed!

Place it in the PlayerModels folder in your UserData folder. Use ModThatisNotMod. There's a small bug where the vest will clip into your belly. If i find a fix will update.
