This is a map of Oslo, the capital of Norway. The scale is 1:1, but the the general terrain height has been lowered to facilitate easier building.
The map has outside connections for road, air, sea and rail, along with a few highways and ring-roads. Resources have been liberally placed throughout the map.
The start tiles should have plenty of wind for your early energy needs, ground water and a river for water and/or sewage.
How to install:
- Use MapInstaller mod, or
- Unpack and copy to your: %User%\AppData\LocalLow\Colossal Order\Cities Skylines II\Maps
