BepinEx is not required to play this map, had to list a dependancy.
Use manual download and follow the instructions for this as it will not go into the mods folder. Don't use the mod-manager
Victoria Bay inspired by the area based off Green Bay, Wisconsin. It's meant to be a challenging map to start, but with a good size buildable area. This is my first map ever created, taking a couple of days. Hope you enjoy!
To Install "Victoria Bay"
- Manually place the "Maps" folder at the following location:
%UserProfile%\AppData\LocalLow\Colossal Order\Cities Skylines II\
- Victoria Bay should then be available in the "New Game" menu when starting Cities Skylines 2.
Restart your game if you can't see the new map after selecting "New Game".

Features
- Beautiful rivers flowing into the Victoria Sea to give the map a natural feel.
- All natural resources available throughout the map, with fertile land concentrating along one of the rivers.
- Challenging hillsides and wavy, natural terrain throughout the map to make planning very thought-out.
- Outside shipping, airplane, railway, and highway connections to and from the city.
