Updated several internal parts of MoreSettings to make the source code neater.
Limited how fast hold to attack could attack to 5 times at most per second. You can still spam click to attack faster, but hold to attack will no longer act as an auto-clicker.
Added the 'Enable Recently Played With' setting, which will add players in lobbies you're in to your Steam's recently played with screen.
Properly implemented the once broken and unused Microphone picker, no more setting the default microphone in Windows!
Made the voice activity icons in the player list more responsive! They now update based on the actual Dissonance value each tenth of a second, rather than each half a second when the player's jaw is moving.
You can now individually adjust every player's volume with a slider from 0-300% in the tab menu!
