v 2.1.2 Added lerp to blend flares between local star and other stars

v 2.1.1 Added a fix for GS2 to have less glaring halos around stars. The Higher the multiplier the less flare. Tested with ConfigurationManager mod and all values are not dynamic you will need to reload for some to take effect.
