Changes the Bullet into the console exclusive Shell, in your choice of 21 different colors. To enable the skins, press ESC and navigate to Options > Mod Config > Skin Switcher.

Changes the Bullet into the console exclusive Shell, in your choice of 21 different colors.
(If the Bullet isn't unlocked yet, it will change the Caped Bulletkin enemies.)
To use the alternate skins press [ESC] and navigate to Options > Mod Config > Skin Switcher
