GATLING RUN

Well this mod is (maybe) for you!
Adds a Dumbbell rack in the Breach, that if you mess with it, you piss off an invincible Gatling Gull who constantly follows you during your run! You cant even from him into a pit, cause he didn't skip leg day this time!

- Hopefully fixed window of time where Gatling Gull could undergo mitosis.
- Added command "gtr smite" for smiting purposes.
