Reworks:
- Table Tech Null has been fully reworked to Table Tech Ignition. (This item is one of the oldest ones in the mod and the effect kinda sucked. This makes it an actually useful item. Also comes with 2 synergies.)
- Veterans Shotgun has been reworked to have a more interesting, "wild-card" effect.
- Frailty Debuff has been reworked. (Now rapidly builds up elemental damage multipliers on the affected enemy, along with an all damage multiplier. This makes a debuff that synergizes with other debuffs, and makes certain weapons very effective.)
Changes
- Bandits Revolver now uses a custom visual effect instead of outlining enemies killable by the final shot.
- Death Warrant now gives +1 Curse.
- Soul-Bound Skull now gives +1.5 Curse.
- Slightly reduced damage given by some items.
- Forgotten Rounds damage reduced from 12.5% to 7.5%. (Damage ups are rare in Gungeon and this makes any damage giving items very powerful. Toning down the most consistent source of damage ups should help balance out a bit.)
- Shelltans Blessing now passively gives 0.85x damage and 1.3x fire rate. Tweaked numbers on Shelltans Blessing to not proc too often sometimes. Using a Shelltan Shrine while holding Shelltans Blessing now gives a MUCH more powerful bonus.
- Trap Defusal Kit now works on Firebar traps and Flameburst Traps.
- Soul-Bound Skulls proc chance of damaging an enemy now scales with damage dealt, up to a max of 50% on-hit. Soul-Bound Skull now has a safeguard that prevents too many wisps from being generated on hit at a time.
- Burning Sun now has a mild gravitational pull.
- Bandits Revolver stats tweaked.
- Removed 1000-THR "EARTHMOVER".
- H.M Autocannon now had a slight amount of projectile damage move to explosion damage, slightly increased the radius and made the attack speed ramp up slightly slower.
Perk Changes
- All Stats Up now gives slightly less damage.
- Explosive Birth projectiles now deal less damage. (10 -> 7)
- Tweaked stats on the Contractual Obligation employees.
- Glass has greatly reduced damage (2.25x -> 1.75x), along with slower damage growth from overheal.
- Gunslinger had its damage values lowered. (Now that it no longer reduces your max ammo, you can opt-in and out of using thrown guns at will, instead of commiting to only 1 side. Reducing the damage makes it slightly less of a free take. (Its still really good))
- Pit Lords Pact had some of its values tweaked.

Bug Fixes:
- Due to sloppiness, I accidentally made the chance for the Containment Breach room 100%, and made the guaranteed-on-Mixed-Floors Containment Challenge Shrine only 10%. This has been fixed.
- Fixed Arm Warmer projectiles throwing errors upon the parent enemy of a meat tumor dying.
- Fixed Corrupted Hearts not giving any damage to the player like intended.
Perk Changes
- Tweaked Corrupted Heart damage scaling.
- Coins dropped by the Greedy perk now have more particles, and now will not disappear as long as the player is within a small radius of the coin. Halved stat gain from coin pickup & stat timer, but the timer is made a little longer every time you pick up a coin during your streak, along with resetting the timer.
- Chaotic Shift gow grants a passive +10% Damage up when you pick up Chaotic Chift, the the player still gets the damage down but only while holding a gun thats been affected by Chaotic Shift.
- Tweaked Chaotic Shift damage down per shift (0.65x -> 0.55x)
- Gunslinger no longer gives a significant ammo decrease.
- While having the Gunslinger perk, Holding Reload with a gun that has ammo will start a countdown (marked with a new visual effect). Once this countdown reaches 0 all of your guns ammo is removed, and fires some bullets. The countdown resets if you release Reload while the countdown is active.
Misc. Changes
- Tweaked Arm Warmer stats a bit.
- Raised the chance of a Containment Breach room to 15%, to make them a bit more common.
- Added a new animated VFX to Possession, and altered how Possession works slightly. (Possession now scales its radius and damage based on the affected enemies max HP)
- Restored Polaritys old and gold meaty firing sound.
- Added 4 new rooms.
- Removed 1000-THR "EARTHMOVER".

- Added additional failsafe to prevent bosses from using their Infected attacks.
- Many instances of "line telegraphs" have been adjusted to no longer use a 'ping' sound effect, and instead now flash before the actual attack happens. The brightness of line telegraphs have also been adjusted to be much less eye searing.

1.3.81: Fixed a harmless error that would occasionally happen when an enemy spawned on Ouroboros mode: -Slightly expanded the orbiting skull shield enemy blacklist. -Some slight Elite changes: -Healing Elites now have less HP, but now have their healing bubble heal slightly faster and have slightly more reduced cooldowns. -Cursed Elites now enrage at when 83% of their health is depleted, turning them Jammed (or Umbral is already Jammed), but now have less base HP. -Reflective Elites now have a slightly longer cooldown on their bursts. -Stone Eye Elites now have a slightly increased cooldown between Stone Eye effects.
1.3.8: Fixed Arm Warmer having no shoot sounds. -Tweaked some perks: -Corrupted Wealths Corrupted Ammo has a slightly more stricter ammo penalty. -Chaotic Shifts damage multiplier has been reduced from 0.5625 -> 0.525, and now gives a very small max ammo penalty. -All Stats Ups stat ups have been very slightly reduced. -Contractual Obligations summon has been changed visually, should now no longer try to hug enemies and now wields a thompson. -Gunslinger now comes with a "magazine dump" effect, where the player can dump a clips worth of ammo in their currently held gun. This only works when reloading on a full clip. -Slightly altered enemy ammonomicon setup to be more optimized. -Playing on Ouroboros mode now adds special visual decoration to the death/win screen book, along with the current loop. -The Something Wicked events darkness has been put under control. Someone said it doesnt work for them but I genuinely do not know what could cause that.
1.3.71: Fixed Payday items from having their 9999 price overwritten if they were not unlocked. (They can only be unlocked by stealing and buying them in this state wouldn't unlock them.) -Made the Ouroborous Shrine only appear once the Lich has been defeated on a file once (I hope).
1.3.7: Buffed HM Auto-Cannon by giving it explosive shells, but reducing its projectile damage. -Fodder have been given a slight glow on death. -A failsafe item has been buffed.
-Did some changes to Ouroborous mode: -Chaotic Elites will avoid telefragging you, have an increased teleport cooldown and are very shortly stunned after teleporting. -Removed a special elite type that did absolutely nothing. -Tweaked the chances of special elites spawning (aka, made them spawn as often as they actually should instead of a value for testing) -Increased the increment at which the amount of orbiting skulls around an enemy increase (So less skulls on higher loops). -Enemies should not get skulls if they're the only enemy in the room.
