Blue-Caped Bullet Kin
The Blue Caped bullet kin were the first to rebel against Cannon's rule. They failed. Relentlessly hunted down, all but one were killed. Eventually, their successors, the Red Caped bullet kin would overthrow Cannon and Agumon. The remaining Blue Caped bullet kin has chosen to reside in the Breach, hoping to seek solace in the depths of the Gungeon.
The Blue Caped Bullet Kin is a character designed based on intuition and skill. With only 1 starting casing and 4 armor, You'll need to time dodges to avoid the brunt of damage.
(Video uses an outdated version of this character, but still gets the point across)
Starting Equipment
- M1 with infinite ammunition
- Springheel Boots, allowing for a second dodge roll in a row
- Armor Synthesizer, to help make up for the lack of health
- Portable Table Device, great for emergencies where you can't dodge or are too close
Strengths
- Fast dodge roll time and distance
- Can dodge up to two times in a row without cooldown, owing to Springheel Boots
- Can regain some armor in battle thanks to Armor Synthesizer, provided you have good dodging
- Highly accurate weapon usage with low bullet spread
Weaknesses
- Very low starting health with only 1 casing
- Armor can drain fast if you aren't careful
- Armor Synthesizer's chance isn't enough to counterract a large wave of enemies
- Has no way of getting extra casings, meaning you'll have to spend more at shops to gain armor and leave little for later floors
- Doesn't gain as much value from Master Rounds as other characters might due to low starting casings
Tips
- Precision is key - make the most out of your M1 to clear crowds as fast as you can
- Dodge, dodge, dodge - your low starting health coupled with reliance on armor means you can't take many hits until you build up enough armor
- Stay away - You are at your best when at a distance. Take advantage of your low bullet spread, twin dodge rolls, and portable table, to keep enemies at bay
