Client-side mod to fix ping indicators fading out prematurely. The bug is triggered any time the PING command is used while a previous ping indicator is still visible, e.g. when players ping an item repeatedly, or ping multiple items in quick succession, or use PING -T.
Also makes the fade-out duration of ping indicators configurable, and allows for more than one ping indicator to be active at a time.
