GTFO Lobby Expansion
Play GTFO with more than 4 people (to a maximum of 8).

Players can now switch between lobbies with a button on the screen. You can still switch between lobbies with PageUp and PageDown.
TO FIX
- T scans are still stationary for the time being.
- Locker and box open/close state is not synced across all players.
- Update text for scans is not displaying, but will still progress.
