Ups the bio-ping cap from 20 to 999
Technically it's 21 to 1000 but the values used are 20 and 999. And while, therefore it's technically not uncapped, if you're in a position where you can ping more than 1000 enemies at once, I think you and/or your rundown dev have problems.
It also slightly modifies when the pings on the biotracker screen will flicker.
