Redshift
Redshift is a vanilla-like rundown.
Currently with only 1 level (C3) with more to come eventually.
It doesn't use any modded plugins, though I may learn some later.
I apologize for any bugs or errors as I've never modded a game before.

- Adjusted resource values in certain zones of C3
- Adjusted enemy spawn counts in certain zones of C3
- Also added brand new enemy spawns or replaced existing ones
- Moved an alarm in C3's Overload so that it won't alert enemies from Main
- Gave a couple alarms an extra scan
- Slightly lowered error alarm spawn delay
- Increased length of extraction scan
- Overall the level is (hopefully) closer to the intended difficulty. It's probably still too easy. Oh well.
