Between the fall of the Qing Dynasty and the establishment of the PRC, China imported much of their firearms from Europe. However, they also produced a great many of domestic copies, each with their own quirks.
This copy of the Colt M1900 is chambered in 7.63x25mm Mauser, a popular caliber at the time. Besides that, the only noteworthy feature is the strange proofmarks on the slide. Sourced from Ian McCollum's "Pistols of the Warlords" Book.
