FAST RAC Headset
Can suppress gun shots and increase other sound volumes.
Need Modular Helmet mod to attach to.
Click the button on the right ear to toggle power.

The headset only reduce volumes of gun shots, huge thanks to Cityrobo for helping me nailed the script works!
