README

madsen

Not the most elegant looking machine gun of WW1, but definitely one of the most successful ones. The Madsen light machine gun has seen adoption in a number of countries, including Britain, France, Argentina, Bulgaria, Brazil, Finland, Portugal, and a lot more. This variant is based on a Portuguese contract model, firing .30-06 cartridge.

It comes with its own bipod with no height adjustment. tap trigger at the bipod swivel to deploy. It won't swing and follow ground like most bipods currently in the game, instead will be fixed at its own angle.

Dust cover opens automatically when you charge the weapon. Dry fire to close the bolt and then you can manually close the dust cover.

Historical information can be found at the spawn table.

REQUIRES H3VR UTILITIES AND ITS DEPENDENCIES. The gun will probably function without it, but the visual animations will all be broken.
