Its a platform that you can place your firearms onto to customize (Modul-Workshop)
Follow the yellow-highlighted arrows as well as the text to adjust your weapon to your heart's content.
Want to carry it around? Press the cog on the back to shrink the platform!
(Platform is default-located inside Tools/Toys, Utility.)
