GLaDOS

Adds GLaDOS from Portal/Portal 2 as one of the possible announcers for your game.

You might ask, "Isn't there already a GLaDOS announcer?" Yes, there is. And it uses an AI voice that is... pretty voice cracky and doesn't sound quite right. This mod uses GLaDOS's actual lines.

DISCLAIMER: The Administrator's lines are used freely here under the assumption they fall under the same rule as all TF2 community content. If Mrs.McClain wishes for her voice to not be used, the mod will be taken down.
