Wheatley

Adds the Wheatley (from Portal 2) as one of the possible announcers for your game.

DISCLAIMER: Wheatley's lines are used freely here under the assumption they fall under the same rule as all Portal 2 community content. If Mr.Merchant wishes for her voice to not be used, the mod will be taken down.
