Rift E9 Energy Burst Pistol
Basically what this is, is just the Ray Gun with da switch, going pow pow on some flies in the sky.
The delayed shots were what gave it its balance but it did some work on MP. Never saw the light of day in Zombz, wonder why (sarcasm).
To give it some personality I made it a charge powered burst for the opportunity to shoot semi, at the cost of losing that power you expect from a Rift E9. Flexible shooters may benefit from not shooting twice, depending on the scenario.
