Sosig Steppies

Replaces the meaty slappy steps of sosigs with heavier boot sounds sourced from MW19. May as well note that sosig footstep sounds don't pay any attention to what they're walking on so it might seem a little funny on surfaces like snow, but it is what it is. At a glance, I don't believe this sound is used for anything else, so there should be no collateral but I can't be completely certain.
