- A short-barreled Mosin carbine optimized for use by snipers (don't think about it too hard)
- Can hold 5 rounds of 7.62x54mmR
- Has a PU Scope mount on the left side of the frame
- Holds up to 6 spare rounds in a side saddle on the stock
- Found in the item spawner under Bolt Acton Rifles
