A modpack made by someone who's been playing H3VR for a little too long perhaps.
Explanation of what each mod does:
Potatoes Soup -- QoL changes to weapon handling, some of my favorites included pistol reloads from quickbelt while akiimbo (holding two pistols), iraqi reloads (bracing weapons like AKs by holding the bolt and then releasing the grip), and bolt auto grab (holding the trigger button on the controller and then moving to a bolt, the bolt will auto-grab).
PlayerFootsteps -- Audible footsteps, especially in maps where Pmats are assigned to the floor, make for an immersive experience. Experiment with all the maps in this modpack to get the full mileage out of this mod.
TNH QoL Improvements -- An appendum to your wrist when playing TNH, viewing your token count as well as what level you are currently on. Those same stats are available above you.
Remove Toolbox Check -- Allows the toolbox to be spawned in any map, even in TNH modes. The toolbox has a built in item spawner, so it can be brought out at any time for any reason.
BetterHands -- Mag Palming before it was vanilla, holding a magazine and then pressing the A button will let you palm it to the side, adding further weapon handling options like HK slap reloads. It also allows you to customize the controller geo colors in the config (need to play H3 at least one time to generate the config in the mod managers config page)

Hotel Hotlink (Urban CQB, with debrief starting room and multiple ways of entry, replay value is high with this map)
Promeatheus (Futuristic CQB, offering corridors of combat and eye/ear candy spectacles for TNH Hold Points)
Costa Con Carne (WW2 Medium Scale, frontlines style combat in an active WW2 era warzone, ultimately a great way to rock the Great War TNH Characters)
Dust 2 City (Urban CQB, narrow street fighting with a truly familiar layout.)
Aporkalypse Now (Urban Large Scale, apocalyptic abandoned micro city with many featue locations and a true benchmark test to your computer's modding capabilities)
Factory (Urban CQB, an abandoned russian factory with unfathomably high detail and immersion, fighting the sausages will feel sorely out of place)
747 (Hyper CQB, multiple ways of entry to a freakin airplane, where the airplane itself is dynamic as doors can be blasted open, windows shot, and sosigs at risk of being ejected. A must try.)
Rostok (Urban Medium Scale, abandoned european manufacturing plant with Stalker vibes to keep you on edge, following with a reprieve when the game is over.)
SR (Supply Raid, a simplified point to point conquest mode, maps appear behind you in the starting hub world)
Isles (Open Large Scale, island hopping via teleportation and a heavy recommendation to carry a sniper rifle)
Fork (Urban Extra Large Scale, with a day/night cycle and several biomes to find, you'll be entertained for hours playing on this map)

Onslaught (Pick your loudout for neverending waves of sausages to shoot, maps are found behind you in the starting hub world)

CODZombies (The template of the zombie shooting formula from Treyarch, featuring humanoid zombies, perks, Pack a Punch, the full experience!)
SM (Survival Mode, the MW3 spinoff mode where you fight against waves of insurgents, the formula delivered to H3VR. Maps appear behind you in the starting hub world)
Port (Urban CQB, combat happening portside with every angle compromised, take a breath whenever you can, for the waves will never end!)
