AAI QSPR 10mm Revolver

Vietnam War makes up one of the few silliest and craziest things, some practical, some not.

AAI produced the Quiet Special Purpose Revolver or QSPR for short. The Smith and Wesson Model 29's barrel had been reframed to be smoothbore to fire the special 10mm QSPR round, a self-contained shotgun shell like round for tunnel fighting purposes.

The ammo is supposedly work like a buckshot round, small and also quiet, useful for fighting within the tunnels for the Tunnel Rats duty. Usually dorned with a headlamp or a flashlight, the revolver lacks any sights whatsoever, as who needs it when you're crawling in claustrophobic tunnels, firing in almost point blank. As the rounds are self-contained, there are almost no flash and no smoke to speak off, thus being the perfect weapon in tight spaces.

The project died off as none really seen any practical use. But the silenced revolver concept was then reborn again in a different part of the world later on...

Features

• The revolver isn't technically silent, but the rounds are!
• Comes with 3 different types of ammo, one being known and the other two are made-up. The Black Dragon is a spark filled dragon's breath shell while the Blue Hawk is contains larger tungsten core, almost slug like level of firepower.
• Revolver can accept pistol stock, also has a hidden rail at the top
• Also comes with a speedloader while technically they are not issued or created
