Gatling Gary

I'm sure Anton would eventually put this somewhere to be spawnable but here's one for now, it's in a Tippy Toy! Just throw and let it spawn.

One thing to note, there's a funny little issue where it'll tilt over, probably just the usual physics jank that I'm not sure how to fix but at least you can even use it in TNH maybe!
