Negev-5 Squad Automatic Weapon

The Negev 5 is the 5.56×45mm NATO variant of Israel’s Negev light machine gun family, developed by to replace the aging Galil ARM. It was designed to provide Israeli infantry with a lightweight, squad-level automatic weapon capable of sustained suppressive fire while remaining compatible with standard NATO ammunition. The Negev 5 feeds from 150 round belt-mag alongside with the ability to use Galil magazines in a pinch.

There is the usual standard LMG design, bipod, carry handle and the rail at the top of the receiver, which does not ruin the zeroing. Interestingly, there is an option for single shot too.

The gas regulator at the front can be switch between standard magazine, standard MG and "adverse" setting for firing dirty ammo and such, which has a really high rate of fire.
