Welrod MkIIA Pistol (Video Game Version)
It's called video game because it's just a much more simplified version of the Welrod. There's no need to fiddle about with the baffle and the silencer portion. Just fire away!
In addition to this, there's additional things added, a suppressor/muzzle mount, stock mount, 5 different rail positions, one on each side of the gun and one at the rear of the pistol near the bolt.
But as an exta bonus, a meme-fied version of the Welrod is included if you read this far enough.
Introducing the Welrod MkL or Mark Fifty. This massive Welrod is chambered with the .50AE, the Deagle round. Unleash its raw power with its horrible and undesirable construction!
