Federal 16&20g Shell Recolor
(Mostly) accurate recolors of the 16 and 20 guage shells, to better match how their federal IRL counterparts look. As a bonus, this also fixes an issue with the vanilla "20g No4 shell", where it is incorrectly labeled as "16g No4" on the shell itself.
