A cute little Soviet pistol designed as a self-defense firearm for law enforcement and military officers. It shoots the tiny 5.45x18mm cartridge, which is pretty comparable in power to 22lr.

A Russian pocket pistol which competed against the PSM pistol in trials (and lost). Though the details of it's failures are lost to time, in-game it has a higher mag capacity than the PSM, and that's a win in my book.
