Furious GI Grayson

A harder version of Grumbly GI Grayson.

  • You get a low capacity pistol or revolver as a starting secondary weapon.

  • pistol shop is separated to automatic pistols, machine pistols, and revolvers.

  • you always have a small chance to purchase pistols and revolvers in any levels.

  • You need to fight with black Nazi sosigs and brown Japan sosigs instead of green american sosigs.

  • Soo many sosigs, especially during supply times. Trying to fight with every single patrol sosigs is not a good idea. be stealthy, use bypass paths, and run away in case you are outnumbered.

  • Battle rifles are cheaper and can be bought after finishing one hold.

  • Two handed melees and one handed melees are separated, with one handed being cheaper.

  • Hand grenade is more expensive in spawnlock mode.

  • I realized that spawning 2 tokens in supply is not working for some reason. I accepted reality and decided to give 2 tokens for completing 6th and more holds.

  • SMGs always spawn with 20 rounds or more magazines so you won't waste too much token buying better mags.

  • Automatic pistols start appearing after the first hold, cause I want to use some revolvers more in early levels.

  • Completing endless holds don't give any tokens, but you have a chance to get 2 tokens in the supply points. you can get 6 tokens max if lucky.

  • I found one endless hold type too punishing, so I adjusted the difficulty.

  • I have found a strange issue where I can never get some of my favorite pistols like mauser c96, m1907roth, rugerp08, and the original m1911. After some great confusion and experiments I decided to divide pistol shops to ww1 and ww2 pistols, regardless of capacity as it's the only way to get my favorite pistols back.

ww1 pistols are 1 token and ww2 pistols are 2 tokens.

  • you always get a knife as the starting melee, no annoying brass knuckle.

  • Buying scopes is just a waste of token since all scopes have unique attachment types. scope is removed from the shop, but every purchased weapons will be spawned with compatible scopes too.

  • Banned defender45 and m1911tactical magazines as they don't fit the era.

  • I realized the huge difficulty difference between bolt actions and pump actions (with slamfiring). starter pump action shotgun is now replaced to full size break action double barrels.

  • pump action and semi automatic shotguns are separated. pump is 2 tokens and semiauto is 3 tokens.

  • Health power up and regen power up is separated. Health is 4 token and regen is 6 token.

  • Rebalanced hold encryptions.

  • SMGs have higher chance to appear than other high tier weapons.

  • Reduced max number of sosigs per patrol from 4 to 3. instead one more patrol spawns.

Realized that the chance of pistols in the shop is too high. their chance are now decreased so you can get high tier weapons more frequently.

Sosig patrols before the first hold were quite tough, now they are nerfed to 3 pistols and 1 smg.
