Ripper
The Fallout: New Vegas Ripper
Essentially a handheld chainsaw, this weapon (located under Melee-Power Tools) is capable of tearing through any sosig placed in its path. Turn on/off the blade by pressing down on the touchpad in standard controls, or the B/Y button in steamlined.
