Featureset/How to use

Attachments > Magnifier Scope

RF Scope

EvilScopes

  • 2-24x38, 50-1000m zero range in 50m increments.
  • Features rangefinder display with 1-metre precision.
  • Left wheel -- Illumination, Right wheel -- Windage, Top wheel -- Elevation.
  • Rear thingy that holds the rear lens controls the magnification.

Magnifier

EvilScopes

  • 2-4x32, 100m fixed zero range.
  • Adjust magnification via the rear body bit with the numbers.
  • Flip via button at the base of the magnifier.

Quiet's Scope

EvilScopes

  • 12-42x42, 100-1000m zero range in 100m increments.
  • Right wheel -- Windage, Top wheel -- Elevation.
  • Unmarked (sorry!) ribbed wheel at the rear controls magnification, plastic part at the front controls zero.

Rangefinder W

EvilScopes

  • 2-3x50, no manual ranging.
  • Features real-time drop compensation logic, with 100%* precision.
  • Click on the button marked PRESS BEFORE USE on the front of the scope to pass the firearm's loaded round data to the scope, enabling drop compensation.
  • Left wheel -- Illumination, Right wheel -- Windage, Top wheel -- Elevation, Front button -- Drop compensation.

Rangefinder SP

  • 12x53, no manual ranging.
  • Features real-time drop compensation logic, with 100%* precision.
  • Click on the button marked PRESS BEFORE USE on the front of the scope to pass the firearm's loaded round data to the scope, enabling drop compensation.
  • Left wheel -- Illumination, Right wheel -- Windage, Top wheel -- Elevation, Front button -- Drop compensation.

Thermal Clip-on

EvilScopes

  • 1x60, 10-500m zero range in increasing increments.
  • Features 2 optional reticles and a thermal overlay reminiscent of the way night vision works in MGSV.
  • Left knob -- Reticle switch.
  • Optional riser bumps the clip-on's height up to the magnifier and the MGSV Reflex Sight mod's reflex sights.

Short Scope

EvilScopes

  • 3x30, 25-1000m zero range in increasing increments.
  • Right wheel -- Windage, Top wheel -- Elevation.

Limitations

  • Blame anything to do with textures on me :D
  • The drop compensator scopes does not work with attached weapons. You can still attach said weapons to your gun, but it will only range the main weapon, not any attached ones.
  • * While the ranging is precise, this can be to its detriment, e.g. when hitting small targets at long distances.

Known bugs

  • After spawning two of the same scope, one can stop working. If this happened to you, please report it, as i could not reproduce it.
