This mod adds the Nydar Model 47 reflex sight to H3VR. "Who needs a historically accurate sight anyway when you can have this beauty?"

Backstory

The Nydar Model 47 was one of the first commercially fairly successful reflex sight that was made by the Swain Nelson Company and introduced in 1945.

It was intended as a sight for shotgun hunters, to aid in firing on flying birds.

The main lens is fairly large by today's standards, closer to 1.5" (~3.8cm) and the base was designed to mount to the rounded receiver of a pump, SxS or an automatic shotgun. (For gameplay purposes, the sight in game has been made compatible with picatinny rails.)

That being said, the sight (in real life) only works well under the right light conditions since it's not internally lit.
