Chaos Tricks Twitch Integration

DESCRIPTION

Chaos Tricks (Interactive mod for Hades II) - It's a PC app that connects the game to your Twitch or TikTok stream. Streamers play Hades II while viewers can interact with the game and the stream in real-time! Many in-game events encourage your viewers to support you by donating Bits, sending Gifts, or using Channel Points. Viewers can interact with the game by giving items, applying negative or positive effects, and summoning different groups of enemies! Streamers receive donations, increased chat activity, and unique content highlights, while viewers enjoy positive experiences and the opportunity to challenge the streamer personally. It's a much more exciting and fun way to support streamers.

ATTENTION

• The interactive mod works only with the Chaos Tricks PC App.
• Available for streamers with "Twitch Affiliate" status and above, who are allowed to get Twitch Bits.

INSTALLATION

1. Download mod from this page
   • If you use Mod Manager then click the "Install with Mod Manager" button
   • For manual installation, click the "Manual Download" button and download the mod. Open the downloaded archive and copy the "plugins" folder into the "BepInEx" folder, which is located in game root folder.
2. Install Chaos Tricks PC application
   • Download the application here and extract the Zip archive to any convenient location on your computer. It's not recommended to use the Program Files or Program Files (x86) folders, as Windows security features can restrict program operations, which may negatively affect the mods and the application
   • Run the ChaosTricks.exe application
   • Go to the Settings tab and select Account Settings. Sign in with Twitch if you stream on Twitch, or with Google Auth if you plan to stream on TikTok. You can stream on both platforms simultaneously
3. In the Chaos Tricks PC app select Hades II from the list of games and click the "Start" button

(or) MANUAL INSTALLATION

Alternative installation method

1. Manually install the Hell2Modding mod.
   • Place the main Hell2Modding file, called d3d12.dll, next to the game executable called Hades2.exe inside the Ship folder (Usually C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Hades II\Ship)
2. Manually install the SGG_Modding-ENVY mod.
   • Unpack the contents of the archive to the game plugins path into custom folder (Usually C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Hades II\Ship\ReturnOfModding\plugins\SGG_Modding-ENVY). Create missed folder if it doesn't exist yet.
3. Download our mod by pressing "Manual Download" on this page.
   • Unpack the contents of the archive to the game plugins path into custom folder (Usually C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Hades II\Ship\ReturnOfModding\plugins\ChaosTricks). Create missed folder if it doesn't exist yet.
4. Install Chaos Tricks PC application
   • Download the application here and extract the Zip archive to any convenient location on your computer.    • Run the ChaosTricks.exe application

5. In the Chaos Tricks PC app select Hades II from the list of games. Select the game version "Hades II (Thunderstore)" and click the "Start" button

(or) STANDALONE INSTALLATION

Alternative installation method. The advantage of this installation method is simplicity and speed. But if you plan to install other mods, then use installing through the Mod Manager.

1. Install Chaos Tricks PC application
   • Download the application here and unpack the contents of the archive into a program working directory
   • Execute the ChaosTricks.exe application file
   • Navigate to the "Settings" tab in the application and click the "Cogwheel" icon. Click the "Authorize" button and follow the instructions
   • Then you have finished authorization the status label will be changed to "completed" and the application will start to connect to a server
   • Now the application is ready to get events from the Twitch extension
2. In the Chaos Tricks PC app select Hades II from the list of games. Select the "Hades II (standalone)" mod version and press "INSTALLING" in the "INSTALL MOD" block
   • Select a correct path to your installed game. For example: "D:\steam\steamapps\common\Hades II"
   • Having confirmed the mod installation path, press button "INSTALL MOD".
   • Go to the "Chaos Control" page and press the "START" button in the "START INTEGRATION" block in the Chaos Tricks application
