Reducing amount of chambers needed to level up your keepsakes by a configurable amount, done by altering the increment amount for the keepsake.

Fixed Crash that occurs if you start a new save with this and have no keepsakes equipped

Added a Check so that if keepsake is already greater than level 3 then it increments as per normal

Refactor code to work differently, increasing the amount the keepsake increments by to allow for a more permanent progression.
