Overview

This plugin allows you to configure the upper limit of maximum players (which used to be 8). By extension, you can now configure the maximum player count past 8!

Details

• Adds functionality for increasing/decreasing the upper limit of maximum players (default is now 64, and can be changed in the config or via console command)
• Updates existing in-game UI when modifying max player count, so that it feels vanilla and is as intuitive as possible

Commands

• maxplayerrange <number>
  • Alternative to using the BepInEx config file; allows for dynamic changes to the upper limit of maximum players on the fly
• maxplayers <number>
  • Alternative to using the in-game UI's left/right arrows to modify the maximum player count; allows for quick configuration of the max players for the current session

Manual Setup Instructions

What you need

• Plugin Loader: BepInExPack HumanFallFlat
• Plugin: HFF_ConfigureMaxPlayers.dll (click Manual Download)
  • The latest release version

Installation

1. Follow the manual installation steps from the BepInExPack page

   Default Human Fall Flat game folder location:
   C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Human Fall Flat

2. Load the plugin: Move the downloaded plugin from your Downloads folder to [game_folder]\BepInEx\plugins

   If there is not a plugins folder here, then create one yourself (right-click > New > Folder)

3. Play your newly modded game!
