Remove the Fecundity Sigil nerf for Kaycee's Mod

A small mod that adds 3 cards which can loosely be called silhouttes. Do not use this alongside vanilladed if no other card mods installed.

A fix that allows card portraits in act 1 to be colored! (imp card not included)
