Makes deathcards more balanced by making it so:

Energy cards don't give free cost anymore (bug)

No free cards can be used as the cost

Stats are based on cost: 1 bone - 1 point 1 blood - 4 points 1 energy - 2 points
each atk point = 2 points each hp point above 1 = 1 point
