Change the side deck to something other than squirrels! Allows changing the number of cards in the side deck, having more than one type of card in the side deck, and having cards be selected when starting the run.

New Node!
Adds a new Node to the game, guarenteed to generate just before the boss encounter. The Mycologist has a new trick up his sleeve- and he's eager to show you when you encounter him. Never again face the annoyance of getting a Mox card but not being able to use it!
