Makes the Jester's scream the Free Bird guitar solo after having popped

Manual Installation

Install BepInEx
Install LCSoundTool
Extract JesterFree.dll and freebird.wav into the plugins folder of BepInEx (Preferrably into a separate folder)

atg FreeJester for the inspiration, seeing as this is the reverse of his project (His is the wind-up sound)
