Lethal Casino ATM Fix
This fixes an annoying problem with LethalCasino v1.1.2 where the ATM refuses to set an item's value to exactly 0.
Changes
- Updated ATM to be able to set an item's value to 0 when the amount selected is the exact value of the item.
- Removed incorrect message saying "No reason to use the ATM" since decoupling value from scrap is a completely valid reason.
- Developed for Lethal Company v64a.
