Lethal Casino ATM Fix
This fixes an annoying problem in Lethal Casino where the ATM refuses to set an item's value to exactly 0. Intended for use by me and my friends playing on v64a.
Changes
- Updated ATM to be able to set an item's value to 0 when the amount selected is the exact value of the item.
- Removed pointless message saying "No reason to use the ATM" since decoupling value from scrap is a perfectly valid reason.
