This contains much of the stuff used in my moons, such as custom footstep surfaces and achievements. They are restricted to whatever moon achievement is required to unlock them still but this is the way it is so that Boom Moons becomes lighter, and that individual moon releases also don't have to contain it each in order for compat to work.
